There is a lot of controversy and debates about whether this is fake or not amongst the internet community. The prank was obviously staged but there is no evidence to suggest the sales guy was in on the prank. So just sit back and enjoy it.
Satire at its best 
The guy in the background was very attached to Orit Fox’s over inflated bra balloons. If you listen close you can hear him shriek: “AAAH TA-TA-TA-TITTY!”
