Lol WTF did I just read!? I guess the moral of the story is to always be careful of the toilet helicopter. I knew a guy once who would come and hit your elbow when you were trying to pee at the urinal and make you make a mess on yourself. Toilet trolling is just cruel :p
Banks have got real good at it and the government do an even better job at it.
